1. Customer Cancellations
Before Order Confirmation:
- Full refund, no charges
After Confirmation, Before Preparation:
- Full refund within 5-7 business days
After Preparation Starts:
- No refund applicable
- Order cannot be cancelled
2. How to Cancel
- Use the "Cancel Order" option in the app
- Call +91 8886174140 immediately
3. Store/Restaurant Cancellations If a store cancels your order due to unavailability:
- Full refund will be processed automatically
- You will be notified via app and SMS
4. Delivery Partner Unavailability In rare cases of no delivery partner availability:
- We will attempt to reassign
- If unsuccessful, full refund will be issued
5. Repeated Cancellations Frequent cancellations after order confirmation may result in:
- Temporary restriction on COD orders
- Account review
